My server was sagging and I didn't want to buy rack rails so I designed this adaptor to turn spare rack ears into shelves. Ideal for supporting the back of heavy rack mounted equipment.
Use M3 threaded inserts and M3 bolts to attach to rack ears. The holes for connecting to the rack ears are all 30mm apart.
Print with at least 25% infill and 4-5 wall thickness. Print with a triangular face against the build plate to reduce chance of shearing.
