Since I couldn’t find a suitable enclosure for the XIAO nRF52840 & Wio-SX1262 Kit, I designed my own. The design is intentionally kept simple and avoids unnecessary frills. The USB-C port remains accessible, and the reset button can be actuated through a small hole using a paper clip.

BOM 

• 1x XIAO nRF52840 & Wio-SX1262 Kit

• 1x SMA to IPEX/U.FL pigtail, 5 cm

• 1x Antenna with a maximum diameter of 12 mm

• 1x LiPo battery 103450 with ~2000 mAh

• 2x Threaded inserts M3 × 5 × 4

• 2x Socket head cap screws M3 × 25

Printed from PETG with:

• 0.2mm layer

• 2 walls

• 20% infill

• support needed for holes. Battery slot can be printed without support.

Da ich kein passendes Gehäuse für das XIAO nRF52840 & Wio-SX1262 Kit finden konnte, habe ich ein eigenes entworfen. Das Design ist bewusst simpel gehalten und verzichtet auf unnötigen Schnickschnack. Der USB-C-Port ist frei zugänglich, und der Reset-Taster kann über eine kleine Öffnung mit einer Büroklammer betätigt werden.

• 1x Antenne mit maximal 12 mm Durchmesser

• 1x LiPo-Akku 103450 mit ~2000 mAh

• 2x Gewindeeinsatz M3 x 5 x 4

• 2x Zylinderkopfschraube M3 x 25

Mit folgenden Einstellungen aus PETG gedruckt:

• 0.2mm layer

• 2 walls

• 20% infill

• Support für die Löcher. Das Akkufach benötigt keinen Support.

Beigefügt ist eine Montageanleitung.
