I would recommend printing this in PETG, or any other strong material, because it will be under a lot of torque. Also for this reason, I printed the handle sideways. Let me know if you have issues with tolerances.
Notes:
Print two of the "Round Cap.stl" models.
Assembly:
Print the pieces as shown (including the two "Round Cap" pieces):
Then grab the gear with the square hole, and assemble it with the square pin. Put it on the left side if you are right-handed, or on the right if you are left-handed. I am right handed, so I put the pin on the left side as shown:
Then insert the handle in the opposite side from the square pin:
Then grab the gear with the round hole, and assemble it with one of the round pins:
Then insert the last pin on the other side of the round hole gear, opposite from the first round pin:
And you're all set!
