This is a clever 3D-printable magic trick in which a die is placed into a tube, visibly locked in place, and then mysteriously escapes. The trick is simple to perform and easy to set up. Ideal for close-up magic, kids’ shows, or casual performances. The effect is quick, visual, and repeatable, and it also works well as a puzzle or conversation piece.
You'll need your own stick, something less than 5mm in diameter. I used a piece of a bamboo skewer.
