I needed an small unbreakable lunch container (wrapped foods only) for my kid, after two plastic ones came home cracked in the space of a week. This is a very simple container designed to be printed with TPU so that it shouldn't break!
The latching mechanism is a simple v-groove on the inside of the lid and a matching rim on the box, and using TPU allows the flexibility to bend the lid to take on and off, but is still rigid enough to stay in place. The v-grooves have 45 degree angles so can be printed without supports, and the .stl is designed to be printed with a 0.8mm nozzle (with extrusion widths set to 0.9mm). I printed mine with 100% infill for sturdiness and because it wasn't much more filament than doing 20% infill.
The stl and 3mf files have it sized at approx. 5" x 3.5" x 3" (125mm x 95mm x 80mm), but I've included a parametric Fusion 360 file that has parameters to control the dimensions but still keep the v-grooves in the same relative places (see the smaller SD-card sized test print).
