a 3/16 spacer to widen the bolt spacing to match the factory spacing on a bridgeport mill with a 42 inch table and the factory thinline bridgeport/textron dro scales.
i used a #6-1 inch button head screw (couldn't find them any longer locally) and i machined a recess for the screw head to recess into.
i also used a #37 drill so the screw would thread in easier and a #31 to open up the hole in the scale end cap so the screws would freely slide in the holes otherwise they'll fit but bind up when you go to tighten them
