This caravan stabilizer has been mounted on my father-in-law’s drawbar since the 1990s. Over the years, the original pressure pads that clamp the tubes against the drawbar became brittle and eventually cracked due to age and exposure.
I redesigned these pressure pads from scratch and printed them in TPU with 100% infill to provide flexibility, durability, and a long service life. The new parts are designed to closely match the original function while improving resistance to cracking and wear.
This design is intended as a direct replacement for worn or broken stabilizer pressure pads on older caravan setups.
