I really loved the BYU Surgical Gripper, but it's a nightmare from an ergonomics perspective. Since there was no included STEP file, I just rebuilt the whole thing in OnShape. I've included a step file and the OnShape link. It's got curves and fillets now. I modified the arms a little to make it easier to use with PLA.
Prints great in PETG or PLA.
