DESCRIPTION:

Brackets for 3DGENCE ONE printer to get rid of the original hotend and swap it with regular v6

if you've got enough of the original expensive parts, which are not available anyway, and you cant even clean the nozzle without sending all hotend to the manufacturer.

Now I can use all features of other slicers, like orca slicer, swap nozzles to 1.2 etc.

WHAT YOU NEED:

you need v6 for BOWDEN with M10 thread size for PTFE tube pneumatic connector. (it's standard size but better check before you buy. It needs to be a volcano otherwise you'll get issues with the z height. it also need a ntc 100k glass termal probe (i ordered metal one, will know soon if it works as well). I got all of them for a tenner in one place. heater needs to be 40w. definatellly need a sock for a heater block to stabilise temperature.

if yuou follow this spec (40w heater and ntc 100k thermal probe) , your hotend will have the same values as original, hence will be detected by printer as original. otherwise you will get a thermal runaways, etc.

Also, the thread in the copper pipe between extruder and hotend radiator has the m8 size and the radiator is m10 size so you need a m8 to m10 collar/ adapter - they are in hardware/ metal shops, very cheap. Why didn't I use hotend with m8 size? I couldn't find any decent one, and this model is popular, available everywhere.

INSTALLATION:

there are two parts for hotend, you need two 30mm boltsto tight them around the radiator. use original bolts to mount it to the X carriage.

there is also a bracket that holds the part fans. i used the one from original hotend, but you need to use nozzles- also attached in stl files section.

before you do first home after installation, lower your z end sensor to maximum low and the slowly lift up to avoid hitting the hotend with the bed. (its a screw on the left, you need to loose one bolt to release the silver knob- it's in 3d gence manual available online - look for 3d gence z stopend manual.

after installation i suggest to run headbed scan in printer settings/calibration but it may not be needed.

good luck

UPDATED v2:

hotend fittings works with 20mm bolts and they go in the plastic, or 25mm  if you want to tight them up with nuts on the other side
