To hold down sewing patterns while cutting the garment, I am using large-size washers for M16 and bigger screws. This is a simple design to stack them on top of each other.
Simple and fast print. Print as shown in the 3MF in PLA or any other material. I used the "0.25mm Balanced" profile on my Core One with 0.4mm CHT (high flow) nozzle. Assembly is easy - just shove the pin in the base and you should be done. Tolerance is 0.2mm (press fit), so should work on a well-tuned printer.
