This is a replacement handle for a Ventline RV exhaust fan, OEM part #PT VA207 commonly used in Airstream trailer bathrooms and other RV's. Dimensions are 147mm long by 24mm wide x 26mm tall at top of arch. Same as OEM.
The handle was designed in Tinkercad and printed with Bambu Lab P1S printer, Bambu Lab PETG-HF filament in color white. Printed on smooth plate with glue. For strength used 4 wall loops, gyroid infill and 35% infill density. The .3ml file has two handles on the plate so delete one if you only wish one handle. For this model the depression on top of the OEM handle was filled to add additional strength. Thicker angle supports for the handle "arch" were also employed to resist breakage in use. Ironing of top surfaces was also employed for smoothness. The print file uses tree supports.
Print time for two handles is 2h 42m and 53.97 grams of filament were used. The handle requires two #6 sheet metal screws with bugle or flat head to attache to the fan body.
