This is a PTFE tube holder designed to manage up to four 4mm PTFE tubes. I was getting a lot of issues with Tangle Errors due to the high speeds of the Centauri Carbon 2 and the PTFE tubes moving around a lot. Since installing and have done over 20+ small prints, I have not had any issues with the tangle sensor.
If you are experiencing frequent "tangle sensor" errors with your Canvas unit, this part can help. It provides critical strain relief and help maintains proper tube alignment, which prevents the sensor from triggering false positives caused by tube movement or tension.
Print Settings Recommendation:
Material: PETG or ABS/ASA is recommended for better durability and heat resistance near the carriage.
Supports: Minimal/none
Infill: 20-30% for structural rigidity.
Walls: 3 walls
