Puzzle-Eigenschaften
• Klassisches Steckpuzzle (Burr Puzzle)
• Mehrere identische Bauteile

The Story Behind the Project
The Devil’s Knot is one of those classic mechanical puzzles that looks simple at first glance — and that is exactly what makes it so intriguing. I originally crafted this puzzle the traditional way using wood. What fascinated me most was how several identical pieces only form a stable structure when assembled in the correct way.
After building the wooden version, I wanted to recreate the puzzle digitally and make it easier to reproduce. This model was fully designed in FreeCAD and also served as my introduction to parametric 3D modeling using this open-source software.
Puzzle Features
• Classic interlocking burr puzzle
• Multiple identical pieces
• Clean and print-friendly design
• Parametric FreeCAD model
• Inspired by traditional wooden puzzles
