Best with a multi material system to implement a different material for support interface. I printed with 4 walls and 100 % infill in the orientation of top and bottom with auto (normal) supports. All of them work as intended, however, the tabs are still pretty fragile. So if it can be succesfully be printed at an angle that may help with the tabs. Nothing is ever really perfect but spending a couple dollars to print a whole bed of these whenever the kids break a tabs it becomes a who cares situation.
