NO COMMERCIAL USE!
Simple three-part model. Clamp your mesh between the tube and the sleeve and put your material inside.
But the Hash-Vac is on top of the adapter (I made one for Dyson V8, V12, and a normal 31mm vacuum connector; hashvac_adapter is parameterized so you can make it fit for your model), and start it up. Stir around with a cold spoon. After 5 minutes, put the top on and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. You can now force the material through a cold metal strainer to separate the trichomes.
