Printed out of PETG filament with a 0.15mm profile. Be careful to wait until the bed is cool, the flaps are fragile.
I modified this model from Printables: https://www.printables.com/model/1169222-prusa-core-one-flaps . I didn't have the required magnets so I filled the space and replaced it with 10 holes to fit 5x1.75mm round magnets. I put 10 to make sure it dosen't fall, but maybe 8 or even 6 would probably work if the fans are not pushing at max speed. I was able to insert them just by pushing slightly on them, so no glue required. Both the flap version and the cover versions were modified in the same way.
