A set of magnetically mounted external insulation panels for the Sovol Zero door.
Requires removing the hinge and door handle screws to fit the mounting pads.
For the hinges you will need to replace the 4 screws with new longer M3 bolts.
Additional materials you will need:
4x M3x16 bolts (door hinges)
7x 12x5x2mm magnets
10mm EVA sponge tape or similar padding for view port insulation/damping
Glue for magnets
Hot Glue or Kapton tape for additional mounting security if desired
Lightweight insulation material 10mm thick
Print 2x Hinge mounts and 1 Knob mount (I used ABS for these)
Print 1 of each of the remaining parts (I used PLA here)
The small pads on the frame pieces are intended for glue, double-sided tape or foam tape as additional fixing or vibration damping.
