Secure USB-C cable pass-through bushing designed for an automotive console wall. Features a two piece interlocking design and requires no supports for printing.

Printed using TPU (inner) and ASA (outer) filaments with 0.4 nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.

Recommendations:

  1. Drill hole big enough for a secure fit of the outer bushing.

  2. Pass USB-C cable through hole (paying attention to direction/orientation).

  3. Slide inner bushing over cable and adjust orientation to align with final placement in hole.

  4. Slide outer bushing over cable and inner bushing.

  5. Firmly press bushing into hole until secure.

(For my use case, I printed 2 sets; one for the exterior wall of the console, and one for the interior wall of the console.)
