This was a quick and nasty design, but someone else might find it useful. It uses a couple 608 bearings I had laying around. Attaches to the top of the printer with some velcro tape I also had laying around… The spool of printer labels I have has an internal diameter of something like 42mm. It was made for the IDPRT cheap and cheerful label printer, though it will probably fit the top of most other label makers with the same general form factor.
Either way, I included the F360 files in case you want to go in and make adjustments. Warning, this was never intended to be shared, so I ignored most best practices with Fusion. :D
