The cheiroscope is used to train eye coordination in children. It divides the visual field on both sides with a plate, and a plane-reflecting mirror is attached to the plate. The dominant eye looks at the captured visual target or visual image placed on the side plate and reflected from the flat mirror. The signal is transmitted to the opposite eye (i.e. the eye of the visually impaired person is turned towards the direct opening by the brain and is projected onto the lower plate. Subsequently, capturing, drawing and combining images are trained on the lower plate to improve vision, eliminate attenuation and achieve simultaneous vision and stereopsis in patients with weak or no vision, which brings good results.

The child is wearing glasses while tracing the pictures.

The plates are made of hardboard material. Plastic parts are made of PLA. Plastic parts are attached to the board (desk) with screws.

The mirror, support and glasses grip are glued to the plate with superglue.

I use A6 size paper for the pictures, the pictures are redrawn from a children's book and they have to be black and white.

The paper used for painting is A5 size.
