Supports at 8 degree threshold recommended, just where the top of the commander window is.
I've had best luck with <0.4 perimeter width and only 3 perimeters, as this allows some of the thinner walls to be filled with infill.
You will need a 3"x4" top loader like these for the commander window, I get them when I order cards from sites like Manapool (shout out!).
