On busy days, I would often lose track of whether I'd taken my daily prescriptions.  This organizar/tracker prevents that.  There are 4 versions, holding 2-5 standard-size prescription bottles (39mm diam, 71mm tall), and a rotating dial (with detents) with markings to indicate the last day-of-the-week I took my meds.   It prints easily (no supports) and the the dial snaps into the column with just a little force.

I've provided 3MF files for the 3, 4, and 5 bottle versions.
If you want to print in one color using embossed markings, load the appropriate "pill_carrier_W_day_#.stl" file into your slicer and then in the right-mouse-button menu on it use "add negative volume" and load the matching "pill_carrier_W_day_#_mod.stl" file.  If you had wanted to print the letters in different colors, you'd use "add modifier" instead of "add negative volume" and then would select the extruder to use.

The OpenSCAD file is included for anyone who wants to use it. It's only 150 lines.
I used the 2025.11.20 release of OenSCAD but I don't see any reason earlier versions wouldn't work just as well
