This is the current beta version of my 3D printed glider.
The airframe is lightweight, clean, and easy to assemble, designed for quick prototyping and iterative testing.

⚠ Beta Status
The glider flies, but the center of mass is currently too far forward.
For improved glide performance, the center of mass needs to be shifted slightly toward the rear. This can be tested by:

  • Reducing nose weight

  • Adding small weight to the tail

  • Adjusting infill percentage in the rear section

  • Modifying internal structure in future revisions

Design Features

  • Modular wing segments

  • Reinforced fuselage spine

  • Simple vertical stabilizer

  • Clean, printable geometry

  • Optimized for fast prototyping

Print Settings (Recommended)

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Walls: 3 perimeters

  • Infill: 10–15% (adjust rear section if testing CoM)

  • Material: PETG recommended for elasticity,

  • No supports required

Future Improvements

  • Rearward center of mass adjustment

  • Fine-tuned wing incidence

  • Optional clip-in ballast system

  • Weight-optimized fuselage core

This version is part of an ongoing development process — feedback and flight test results are highly appreciated.
