This is a box to create a fully portable, small soldering kit based on the Omnifixo Helping Hands.
The box uses the Omnifixo magnets for securely holding the box shut - no additional magnets or hardware needed. Each magnet (with clamp still attached) simply slides into little holders - see photos.
The box is not made for a specific portable soldering iron. I am using it with a cheap T65, but the popular Pinecil v2, TS80 and similar small irons should fit (maximum diameter about 20mm). There is enough space to put a small power bank (I am using the INUI Mini) or a small USB charger (like the Ugreen Nexode) in it. I am using a 50cm silicone USB-C cable.
The model comes with a small iron holder that can simply be clipped on the box or the wire brush bin. You need a 626Z bearing for it. There is also a little bin that holds a standard wire brush. Creating your own insets should be simple enough.
For soldering tin, I am using UraniumBottle's Solder dispenser (pen).
All models print without supports! I used Elegoo Sparkle PLA and 0.28mm layer height.
The model has been designed from scratch in Onshape and is available here: Onshape Model
