Description
Replacement snap clips designed to repair broken locking tabs on the Loxone NFC Code Touch.
A common failure point of this device is the small plastic snap clips, which can break during disassembly or installation. When this happens, the NFC unit is usually still fully functional, but cannot be properly closed or mounted.
This model provides replacement snap clips, allowing you to repair the device and avoid replacing the entire NFC unit.
Variants
The model includes 3 dimensional variants with slightly different tolerances.
This allows compensation for printer accuracy, material shrinkage, and wear of the original housing.
If one variant feels too loose or too tight, try another.

Recommended settings
Layer height: 0.1 mm
Infill: 60 % gyroid
Perimeters: 3
Orientation
Print with the snap facing upwards
Other orientations require supports and are not recommended
Additional notes
Printing with a brim is recommended for better bed adhesion
Recommended materials
PETG or ASA for durability and flexibility
PLA is not recommended for long-term use, as the clips may break again under stress.
