Universal Kinematic Bed Mount

I find that most kinematic bed mounts are large and clunky, so I designed these to be a very small compact design which have a decent movement space.

Designed to mount directly to the Frog plate (Prusa/Pulse/Ender) and accept a Mic6 bed plate using 10mm ball nuts. Use M4 x 20mm dowel pins, press in with an arbor press. If you do not have a press, you can drill out the dowel pin holes with a M4 drill. Springs required to hold bed down, that is what the center holes are there for.

[Updated 02-24-2026] Punched the M4 holes through both sides of the model, increasing the diameter as well. When pressing the pins, you can now center the dowel pins in the mount.

Printed PPS-CF, PC-CF, PA6-CF, ABS-CF, 3 walls, 50% Cubic, 0.2LH (Other materials may work)

I personally preferred PPS for my higher temperature bed which is good to 263°C. I think any of the materials listed will work fine. Some heat will transfer down the M4 dowel pins, just keep that in mind.
