if you have lipo's that are larger or smaller it shouldn't be to hard to edit the model
in the cad i modeled the batteries height at 3.61mm
putting a strip of foam tape and the rear of the batteries during assembling should help prevent damage if dropped.
Ive printed mine in pla, and would suggest printing in petg as the board can get hot
the cover is just a press fit, a dab of ca glue can also be used if needed
make sure your printer is size cal before printing. LInk has doc for building
