This is a thigh mount / case for the Ferris Sweep V2. It is based on a simple case with the addition of a curved base designed saddle the user's thighs.
I printed mine at a local library FDM printer.
The screw holes were actually sealed shut upon printing, but I wound up drilling the holes with 1/16" bit, and that is proving sufficient. I used #4 screws 3/8" in length with pointed tips.
I purchased Hook and Cinch Velcro for the fastener but found that that was overkill and just using a single long strand of the velcro was sufficient. I've considered buckles but haven't felt the need to switch yet.
Also note that I am 5'11" and fairly average male build. If your size differs significantly, you may find the mounts to be too large or too small.
