This flexible TPU handlebar end cap is designed to replace the original bar plugs on a mountain bike.
It allows you to store small items inside your handlebar, such as:
Emergency cash
A small key
Tire plug refills
Small tools or small spare parts
The model is designed for an inner handlebar diameter of 19 mm (measured on my own MTB).
Please measure your handlebar before printing to ensure compatibility. Feel free to ask if you need a different size.
The base of the plug features a slight bulge with a hollow ring underneath.
This design improves retention inside the handlebar by creating compression and a more secure fit.
The part must be printed in TPU (flexible filament) for proper function, durability, and shock resistance.

Material: TPU (recommended)
Print orientation: Vertical (standing upright)
No supports required
The small thin bridge closing the opening is intentional.
It reinforces the part during printing to prevent deformation.
After printing, simply cut this thin link to open the storage compartment.

Designed for 19 mm inner diameter handlebars.
TPU flexibility ensures a snug and secure fit.
Not intended for heavy items.
