Description

Another Linkle figurine, this one in a heroic pose with no weapons.  The prints shown were made with a Core One with the settings below at 150mm height (100% model size), printed in dual color PLA.

If anyone prints this with a resin printer, please upload an image here, I'd love to see it.

Settings Checklist

For successful printing, I recommend using the included .3mf file or replicating these settings:

  • Orientation: Leaning backwards 45'. This worked well for my other Linkle figuring, so I replicated it here.

  • Layer Height: 0.15mm fixed.

  • Profile: Structural.

  • Nozzle: 0.4mm.

  • Perimeters: 3.

  • Infill: 15% Gyroid).

  • Supports: Organic Style (enable "Structural" branches), Everywhere.

    • XY Separation: 80%.

    • Top Contact Z Distance: 0.22mm.

  • Bridges: Set Bridge Flow Ratio to 0.95.

The pictures were taken at the default 150mm height, but it should print fine at other sizes.

Printer-Specific Notes

  • Prusa Core One / MK4: I used Stealth Mode to slow down the printing process. The standard "High Flow" jerk/acceleration caused the tall organic supports to shake and eventually break free on my other Linkle figurine. Stealth mode resolved this issue.
