Modular vacuum plugin system
This model is part of a modular system based on a shared 33mm plugin interface. Each vacuum cleaner uses a dedicated holder, while all plugins remain interchangeable.
To support a different vacuum cleaner, design a new holder with the same interface. The existing plugins require no modifications.

It is an ultra thin tool that can clean narrow spaces, such as the gaps between furniture and walls, or car interiors.
This design has an 8mm external diameter, so it should reach into very narrow spaces, and the internal diameter is 6mm. The 1mm wall thickness was chosen to avoid whistling noises that can occur with smaller diameters. It is a good compromise between strength and noise reduction. The full length of the plugin is 100mm, including the 16mm attachment part.
You will find three different versions of this plugin:
the standard version, which has to be attached directly to the Vacuum plugin holder.
The 20mm threaded version, which has to be attached to the Vacuum plugin: needle, using the 20mm external diameter threaded version.
The 30mm threaded version, which has to be attached to the Vacuum plugin: needle, using the 30mm external diameter threaded version.
The threaded versions are useful if you want to use the plugin with an extension tube, that can be attached to the plugin holder, and then the ultra thin plugin can be attached to the extension tube using screws.
PLA works well for this design, no technical materials are needed. Print it as it is shipped: vertical orientation, with the plugin attachment facing downwards, no supports needed, 10% infill (use any pattern you like, it does not really matter) and it should be ready to use right after printing!
