I wanted to add a suppressor to my G&G LevAR, and was inspired by the QR suppressor my son has for his VFC MP7.
I printed it using PETG-CF, because I liked the finish. It did add some challenges because of the snug fit of some of the parts, and had to do some sanding to make it work properly. I used M3 inserts and M3 screws for the outer ring of the quick release, and included a 5mm * 15mm spring.
Outer diameter of the suppressor is 42mm, inner diameter is 30.5mm.
I printed it using a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height. I also used supports for the quick release mechanisms.
