This tool will put a 7° bevel on your ski sidewalls with the bottom flush with your metal edge.
You will need some parts for this one.
BOM
5X 625 Bearings and seal is fine
1x M3x10mm SHCS
5x M5 x 15mm SHCS
1x CC09T304N turning insert, grade and chip breaker doesnt really matter here, whatever is cheapest
Tools, M3 and M5 tap and allen keys.
You use this just like any edge filing guide except just take 1 long stroke in a single direction with the cutting edge. If you feel like you need to take more off you can put a piece of paper in the insert pocket to move the inserts 3 thou closer to the ski.
