I created this model to solve a need for putting custom L Track rails on our Ford Maverick. I needed a way to drill accurately centered holes for both 6mm and 8mm bolts. I've attached the F3D file so you can modify the parameter named "bore" to change.
If you're unfamiliar with Fusion and need a custom guide outside the sizes I've listed then please just ask.
This fits L-Track spec with an 11mm slot and 20mm circles. This is the only size I've encountered, but I assume there may be variants out there.
I recommend using this on a drill press if you have one available, If you're drilling by hand and don't feel like there's enough barrel length to the guide you could scale up the Z axis on both parts to give yourself a longer guide
