This mounting system utilises existing countersunk 4mm holes of the front panel as this is already "insulated" and is therefore the least exposed to heat.

My system is a Raspberry Pi - 10.1" Touchscreen Monitor and the roaster is a Skywalker v1.
(as far as I am aware the outer dimensions are the same between v1 and v2, but that's for yourself to verify [99mm distance between mid-point of screw holes on each side and 220mm between left and right])

Tested with following materials (5 consecutive roasts with in-between protocol):

  1. Base (2 parts): PC

  2. Adapter and bracket: PLA

  3. Inlays and gasket: TPU

  • All with 15% infill

  • No visible or feelable structural damage of the material.

  • ASA or ABS should be fine for the base, don't use PLA!
    (I guarantee for nothing!!)

Supports are not needed for the bracket, but are not visible later, so I made the print with.

Additionally to the filaments you will need:

  • 4x   M3x10 screws

  • 4x   4x10mm countersunk screws

  • 2x   M5 nuts

  • 2x   M5x25 screws

Exposing electronic parts and plastic to heat can be a fire hazard or release dangerous gases.
Exposing your electronic device to heat can damage your device.
Using this design is completely at your on risk!

Enjoy roasting :-)
