Sortimo T-BOXX Compatible Drawer Organizer Grid (9x10)
Tired of loose bins sliding around in your workshop or garage drawers? This modular grid system is designed to create a rock-solid 9x10 layout (fitting up to 90 bins) based on the popular Sortimo T-BOXX standard.
While many models only offer small, single-plate connectors, this system uses 5 large printable sections to cover a full drawer efficiently. This ensures the grid stays flat and stable, even when opening and closing heavy drawers.
Drawer Compatibility & Dimensions
This grid system was specifically designed for the Daytona Werkbank Pro https://www.datona.nl/werkbank-bamboe-werkblad-18lades-200cm-combi-line-zwart. Please measure your drawer before printing to ensure a perfect fit:

To complete the full 9x10 grid, you will need to print the following 9 pieces:

Printer & Print Times
This model was designed and successfully tested on a Prusa i3 MK3S.
Total printing time is approximately 19 hours and 30 minutes. Here is the breakdown per part:
Part A (4x): 2h 15m per piece (Total: 9h)
Part B (2x): 2h 44m per piece (Total: 5h 28m)
Part C & E (1x): 1h 55m
Part D (1x): 1h 9m

Adhesion: Use a brim if you experience warping on the larger plates.
Assembly Instructions
Clear the drawer: Ensure the surface is flat.
Lay the front & middle rows: Start with the 4x Model A and 2x Model B.
Finish the back: Place Models C, D, and E at the very back of the drawer.
Load the bins: Once the bins are placed, the weight will lock the grid into place—no screws or glue required!
