Thanks to @Hans for the original model I based mine on.
This PCB can be assembled in several ways. My version is shown in several photos.
I added an extra pin to the display connector to experiment with a Nice!View display. See the photos.
The FreeCAD source code of my model is attached. It also includes a scaled photo of the empty PCB for reference.
The reset button design isn't the most convenient for assembly, but it's doable.
Only the first backlight LED is used. To transmit the light a 1.75 mm transparent PETG fiber is ran through the top lid to an LED.
