Keystone Insert - Cable passthrough Version

A keystone insert that allows cables to pass-through a patch panel.

*I recommend printing with PETG or PLA.

Available in various sizes to suit cable diameters and applications.

  • ⌀3mm (0.118") : for Thin optical cables

  • ⌀4x2mm : for most 2C fiber optic patch cables

  • ⌀4mm (0.157") : for most DC power cables

  • ⌀5mm (0.196") : for CAT5e UTP LAN cables

  • ⌀6mm (0.236") : for CAT6a / CAT7 or STP LAN cables

  • ⌀7mm (0.275") : for 2-wire AC power cables

Notice

  • This model is designed to be printed using supports.

  • Additionally, the latch may break due to the printing orientation, which is intended to allow the bed texture to be applied to the exposed surface.

    Lowering the print speed and drying the filament proportionally reduces the likelihood of latch breakage, whereas it can break more easily in humid printing environments.

    At the time of the initial model launch, I expected that design improvements would resolve the issue, but in reality, a failure rate of approximately 25% occurred.

    I plan to modify the design to print the latch separately and combine it, but the schedule has not yet been determined.
