After testing, remixing, and trying various versions I decided to create my own. Adaptors that use pin mounts to attach to the holes on the cardboard were too restrictive by both hole size and spool diameter.

This model is extremely simple and meant to be printed with TPU. The ring is purposely about 1mm smaller in diameter than Overture and Polymaker spools and meant to be stretched over the spool. The wall thickness on the outside is only .5mm, adding only 1mm to the total spool diameter when attached. The problem with the Qidibox is that it does not allow the spool diameter to be much larger than about 202mm - so the .5mm thickness keeps the additional dia to a minimum. The sides of the ring are only 3.5mm - making it easy to stretch and then stay fixed into place.

The Fusion 360 model is included with 2 parameters. Actual size you want to print (199mm for Overture and Polymaker) and the outside wall thickness (currently .5mm.)

Total width on the outside of spool rim is about 6.8mm. I have found this to work perfectly against the rollers of the Qidibox.

One side of the inner part of the ring is flat and the other has a 30deg bevel so the ring can be printed without supports - with the flat side against the build plate.

Printed with Priline 98A TPU - but 95A should work fine, .2mm layer height

UPDATE:

Added all sizes between 195mm and 202mm
