This is a robust cupholder attachment/bracket for the front cupholders in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. It has holes for #10 wood screws so you can attach whatever size/material of tabletop you want. The cupholder portions have 1" diameter holes, both because extra walls give more strength, and so you can put 1" wooden dowels in for added strength if necessary. It does not print fast (~14h), nor conserve filament (~650g), but should be rock solid. Tested and fits great in the Sprinter's cupholders!

Printed on a Snapmaker U1 (270mm bed size) with a BIQU CryoGrip Pro Glacier cool plate at 65 deg C using Elegoo Rapid PETG. 0.28mm layer height, 6 walls, 25% cubic infill, brim as large as your bed allows. The model is 255mm wide, so it should technically fit on Bambu-style 256mm printbeds, but I haven't tested that.

Printables won't let me upload the .gcode file for some reason, but the .stl, .3mf, and .step files should be enough to help you make your own.
