I needed an 80mm spanner for the centrecaps on my Rotiforms, so I designed one. Not specifically for me, but for if I send my wheels in for new tyres. I don't want them busting out a crescent wrench and marring up my wheels. There are a few others on here but I decided to design my own.
Slight angle in the design helps get the handle away from the wheel without making the part too tall, and it also prevents torque being applied directly across layer lines so should make it a bit more robust and resistant to shearing overall. Hex socket is 80.2mm.
Should print and function perfectly fine with whatever you have on hand - anything except TPU. PLA will be fine. No supports required. 230mm long so should print on most printers. <190x190 if printed diagonally.
