My thumb sticks were both looking pretty sad due to wear. Instead of ordering new ones, I made these from TPU and they feel great.
They fit on my PowerA controller, but they also fit well on a couple of other controllers I have laying around.
The model is a quick print and is easily scalable to any controller's thumb stick size.

I added a version with thicker side walls to improve durability. The layer adhesion on one of my spools of TPU isn't as good as the others, and a hat printed in it split on the layer lines, so I made the side wall thicker and uplaoded it as v2.
