This fits a 46mm wide seatbelt pretty well.
This should print fine with about any filament, I did 40% infill with PLA but that likely wont do well in the summer heat.
Note: For long-term use in hot climates, PETG, ABS, or ASA is highly recommended over PLA to prevent warping.
