This is a replacement jack stand pad for ESCO model 10498. This may also work for other jack stands so I included a dimensional drawing and a STEP file for modifications.
This was printed using Siraya Tech Flex TPU 95A Black Filament with 15% Gyroid infill at 0.2mm layer height with no supports. I have not fully tested these settings.
