What are these?
The three basic shapes (used two at a time) are able to move independently, permitting subtle movement patterns of the forefoot and rearfoot that help support targeted activation and the development of foot and lower limb muscle groups. The balance trainer blocks help you establish and integrate these important movement patterns into your everyday life. These blocks help improve arch and anterior-posterior stability, enhancing lateral ankle movement for precise correction. With regular use, dynamic balance improves.
How to Use:
Place one block under your rearfoot and one under your forefoot so that specific regions of your foot are triggered through different tilting and torsional movements. These movements help stimulate the natural function of your foot and lower limb joints and can be helpful as both a supportive or preventative approach to either rehabilitate your feet or build upon an already solid foot foundation. Use the 3 unique shapes to create different movement patterns depending on your training focus. (i.e. If focusing on forefoot, place the more "stable" block with 2 side supports under your rearfoot and place one of the "unstable" blocks under your forefoot.
