I had to slightly off-center my MantelMount MM340 when installing to keep my TV center and hit two studs. Also, the top is visible when the mount is pulled down while the bottom is visible when the TV is stowed.
I printed these in white to better match the paint behind the TV and hide the mount as well as make the mount appear centered. You'll need:
2 corner pieces
2 mirrored corner pieces
4 middle pieces
1 top-middle piece
1 bottom-middle piece
These are designed with supports built in to print standing up and the models have been shelled out to use minimal material.
