I had a old superlight around and was inspired by the zero mouse to make a superlight fingertip grip shell, the design consists of 2 parts, the main shell and the click pcb holder.
The shell is made to have no side buttons to save weight.
Both parts can be fully printed on a fdm printer with supports and the whole mouse is designed to assemble with only a few screws from the superlight.
The final product should weigh around 25g depending on print settings, and it is designed to use dot skates.
The design is not 100% finalised and it probably will be updated with some weight reduction changes or if someone discovers a problem in the design.
