This sushi condiment box has locations for the Soy, Ginger, and wasabi for your later cooking uses. I did not create a slot for the specialty sauce that comes with the sushi because well let's be honest those sauces are so tasty they never get saved for later. Now my mouth is just watering thinking of the sweet chili sauce, or the spicy aioli sauce.
Store the newest condiments in the back and slide things forward so you are always using the oldest condiments first. I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner before my fridge was overran by condiment packages.
