The hinge from my Ikea LYCKSELE sofa-bed broke so I designed it for repair. Size is roughly good but I had to scratch a little bit of plastic due to hole in metal frame that was not deburred inside.
I printed it with PLA for test then final piece is made of ASA (I don't have ABS on hand). Not yet tested for strength.
