Firstly, you're far better of buying this part, but in a pinch this will get the job done.
The body is sized at 22mm as that fit my needs, inserts cater for various number of cables of about 6mm. I have so far only printed the 12mm cable insert, let me know if you have print issues with the others.
I printed the insert in TPU 95A with one wall, if you don't have TPU try PETG.
The remaining components were printed in PLA, the fingers are quite brittle so PETG or something stronger would be preferable, but it worked fine as the bending amount is not too great.
I have also created a solid insert, just extrude an appropriate size hole for your needs. The inner diameter of the body is sized at 16mm with the insert outer diameter 15.8mm
